Directions

1. Chop milk chocolate into pieces, then carefully melt on the stove or in microwave until smooth (about 1 minute).

2. Pour the melted chocolate and spread onto parchment paper with a spatula, about 5-6mm thick (1/4 inch).

3. Top with freeze dried strawberry pieces, and press into chocolate gently.

4. Place parchment paper in freezer for about 15 minutes until chocolate becomes solid. Then, use a large knife and cut bark into pieces.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
